Crystal - Life Amidst a Pandemic

Season 1 of Hidden in Medicine called Life Amidst a Pandemic covers how prospective healthcare professionals have been affected by the global pandemic of coronavirus. The first episode features Crystal, a Hunter college student who plans to apply for Masters in Epidemiology and eventually become a Doctor. She shares how her work as a medical scribe has been affected, as well as how the summer classes she plans to take won’t be usual as she expected. Finally, she shares her perspective on how the federal and local United States government has been responding to this pandemic.
