Welcome to episode 24 where Big E chats with Alhambra Nievas of World Rugby. Alhambra has an engineering background but this episode we talked about how a simple invitation by the local club to join the local referee society transformed her life and after years of hard work she got to referee the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, 2018 Commonwealth Games and many international games. And as of 2018, she received the opportunity to continue behind the scenes and help other match officials reach their goals. Currently, she is detecting, developing and retaining talent on behalf of World Rugby.
Hope you enjoy this awesome conversation and if you want to connect with Alhambra, feel free to reach out on her social: https://www.instagram.com/alhambranievas/
