End-of-year reflections and setting intentions for the year ahead.
I sometimes find myself getting caught up in too much thinking. Over time I’ve learned that rather than dive straight into setting goals, what helps is to lead with my feelings and my senses.
There are ways we can make plans, that combine both head and heart.
A couple of tools have really helped me when it comes to my end-of-year review + intention-setting for the year ahead:
- “My ideal day”
- YearCompass.com
I hope you enjoy reflecting on this past year - and looking ahead to the next one.
