In this episode I share about a recent experience at a retreat in Mexico I was part of — the Womb Continuum Faciliator Training, which is 1 retreat our of 4 and part of an online intensive 18-month long program to become a midwife, a steward, a womb carer for women at any stage of their lives, from menarche, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, menopause and beyond.
