TikTok vs. The Government: A Battle for Freedom of Expression

Today we're going to talk about the potential of banning TikTok, both through the RESTRICT Act, and targeting the app specifically. To put it short, the potential for TikTok to be banned is a huge threat to both the first amendment, and the free and open internet that we currently love and enjoy in the US.
