In this episode, Dan talks with Kyle of Horus Aged Ales. Kyle visited New Jersey doing several collabs and sat down with Dan at Alternate Ending. He talks about the two collabs he is doing at Alternate Ending, his untraditional rise to popularity in the beer world, and why he loves doing collabs so much. He also shares stories related to his love for food, disc golf, and why birds are such a prominent feature in his beer labels and his life. He also teases ahead to a few future collabs that we should all keep our eyes on and might even sell you on why spreadsheets are cool.

Also in this episode - Chase from Top Beer Drops talks about the top rated new beers of the past week which includes a lot of local names and some of the same hops that keep making the list - Eggers.
