Husker247: A Nebraska athletics podcast
Sports:Football
The Sunday Side Session is back and ready to tackle some of the biggest topics for Nebraska football following another loss and now an 0-2 start to the Matt Rhule era.
Joining host Mike Schaefer is KLIN sports director Kaleb Henry, and things start right there at Folsom Field where the Huskers lost 36-14.
The two recap the action, but then kick things forward with a longer conversation about what happens with Jeff Sims and Nebraska assuming the quarterback is healthy for the Northern Illinois game, what it means for the offense and how the Huskers can start to piece things together.
Then it shifts to what can Rhule salvage after an 0-2 start and what can the Huskers achieve beyond wins in the next two games against Northern Illinois and Louisiana Tech.
Finally, because all doom and gloom can get tiring, Schaefer makes the two talk about what they liked out of the Huskers’ performance against Colorado.
