We are live wrapping up Day 4 of the Commonwealth Games, as the Australians put on an absolute masterclass.

Despite the Aussie dominance, 16-year-old Amelie Smith stole the show for England, dropping a massive PB in the 400m IM to take silver behind Jenna Forrester. We also break down Meg Harris leading an Australian 1-2-3 in the 100m Freestyle, Sam Williamson’s incredible comeback story to win the 50m Breaststroke, and Sam Short looking back to his absolute best in the 800m Free.

Plus, we celebrate an amazing night of Scottish PBs in the Women's 100m Fly, Lewis Clareburt defending his 200m Fly title, and Brock Whiston's heroic para-swimming gold.
