With no police or paramedics in sight, fear and confusion collide in a deadly confrontation. Tom Davy and Corey Christensen are stabbed by Dean after forcing their way into the home to get to Candice Locke. Dean makes another frantic call to triple zero, but by the time help arrives it’s far too late.

Dean’s arrest is recorded on bodycam, capturing a wild, bloody scene. And, for the first time, one of the first officers there that night is speaking out and explains the shocking reason for the delayed emergency response.
