Episode 19 - Creating a positive team culture

In today's episode we are talking about team culture. 

What actually is team culture all about? How can we create a team culture? We share the key elements that are necessary when creating a POSITIVE team culture as well as chatting about ways to handle difficulties that may arise on the team, because they are bound to happen some point or another. 

Veronica and I collectively have been leading a team in direct sales for over 4+ years. We have gained a lot of insight during this time and want to shed light on this topic that we are very passionate about. Together, we bring valuable information to the table that will not only inspire you to want to create a team culture that is GREAT, but more importantly, one that is going to last and one that people want to be a part of.
