Of all the possible outcomes of finding out he had four holes in his heart, it seems unlikely that it would make Kevin Quinn a better runner. Yet that’s exactly what’s happened. Following the eight-hour repair operation in February 2016, Kevin has gone from strength to strength. Kevin is the founder of Real Runners (realrunners.co.uk), which offers run coaching to individuals, schools and corporations, both in person and online.
