We are kicking off the season with a hugely informative episode where I chat with Hame Lata.

Hame is a Consultant in Sexual & Reproductive Health and a BMS registered menopause specialist and trainer.  She originally trained as a GP and has now been working in Sexual & Reproductive Health and managing menopause for over 20 years.
