Personal Development through Martial Arts Podcast
Education:Training
The first time I tried doing breathing techniques in the snow, I didn’t really think I could do it.
But I was curious…
In fact, it’s thank to curiosity that I started this journey towards helping people live happy, healthy and abundant lives by raising their self-confidence.
Fact is that once you start doing these breathing techniques in the cold.
Something inside of you shifts.
And I’m not only referring to your physiology.
Your mindset changes and you become a different person.
Your fears make way to more courage.
Your thoughts become more permissive and more loving.
Loving of the world, of the people around you, of yourself.
You start to feel more connected and life begins to gain a different meaning.
You become a different human being.
Maybe you will try it out someday too. Who knows? :)
With love,
Bogdan
