In today's episode I had the honor of chatting with Gerry Riskin who is an internationally recognized lawyer, author and management consultant as well as a founder of the 35 year old Edge International; which is a global consultancy with principals in Anguilla, Atlanta, Bangalore, Brisbane, Bristol, Delhi, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, London, Melbourne, Miami, Mumbai, San Diego, Singapore and Sydney. Gerry has been practicing law since 1973 and was Managing Partner of a law firm in Canada and Hong Kong before forming Edge International. Gerry specializes in counseling law firm leaders on issues relating to the evolution of the structure and management of their law firms, and the architecture of competitive strategies. Gerry is still a Canadian but has resided on the Caribbean island of Anguilla, British West Indies for more than 25 years.
