Emotion, Yoga (lifestyle and beliefs) Reality, Challenges and More back from India

It's been a while since my last solo show and in this episode I talk about many topics that I was able to contemplate, reflect and discover while I was away in India for the month of February learning how to become a Yoga teacher. I talk about Emotions and how the world validates them, relationships and how similar they can be, challenging in your life and I tie a lot of together with yoga and the overall life style (not just exercise) Yoga encompasses and how we all can adopt certain things from yoga to make ours and the people around us lives better.
