The Yoga Episode

In this very special episode, Sylvia is joined by their entire iyaKIN yoga teacher training (ytt) cohort. The five graduates talk on everything from what nonperformative yoga really means, how they intend to glow up as women of color yoga instructors, and they way wholeness as shown up for them in their yoga journeys.

This episode is very meaningful as it not only signifies the completion of Sylvia's very first 200hr ytt certification; it also lands on Sylvia's 15-year anniversary of practicing yoga. Listen in to join the conversation!
