The businesses that aren't getting booked are not, as a rule, the ones doing less. Most of them are working just as hard as those that are fully booked, sometimes harder.

The difference is almost never effort, it's because they haven't cemented their unbreakable foundations.

In this episode of From Overlooked to Fully Booked®, I'm introducing the BRIGHT Framework: a six-part diagnostic I've developed from working with hundreds of service-based businesses to identify exactly what's missing before marketing tactics will work.

The six foundations are Brand, Relevance, Innovation, Goals, How, and Tell. Most businesses skip straight to Tell (the content, the platforms, the visibility strategy) before the other five are solid. That's what produces the pattern I see again and again: genuinely busy, genuinely committed business owners who are "busy but invisible."
