Abbie Hills (& Monster Abbie)

In the final episode of Series 2, I'm chatting to Abbie Hills, who is a talent agent, access coordinator, producer and writer. She discusses why it's important for the understanding of access requirements to trickle down from those at the top of a company. Abbie has cerebral palsy and she is very passionate about inclusion and diversity within the arts industry.
