This week, we go on an adventure with an egg! Edgar is a highly curious egg who refuses to sit still in his henhouse and become breakfast, longing instead to see what lies out in the wider world.

After rolling out of his nest, he embarks on a chaotic and dangerous journey across the village, hitching rides on a cart and narrowly escaping a hungry crow.

When a kind little girl rescues him from a kitchen table, Edgar is placed in a safe garden nest where he faces the ultimate test of his adventurous spirit
