This week Leigh and Tegan deep dive into Post Natal Depression with new research showing that PND is more likely to occur 4 years after birth than at any point in the first 12 months.
As Tegan says, you may feel sad just because you have a four year old, with all their new found attitude and opinions, but PND can sneak up on you so be aware of the risk factors and reach out to your Mum friends.
PND affects up 100,000 parents every year in Australia alone. If are experiencing any of the symptoms discussed in this episode please speak to your GP.
