Exhausted by Donuts

It's Kim's birthday and she's coming to the realization that she might be a "birthday girl." Kim and Kate reminisce on all of Kim's life events that Kate has had to miss due to having babies. They talk to a caller who is dealing with someone else's bad assistant and isn't sure if it's appropriate to give feedback. Then, they answer an email question from a producer whose boss has ADHD and needs constant reminders about everything. Finally, they advise a female restaurant manager who keeps being mistaken for a server or hostess. Everyone's lives are changed forever, and the workplace is improved for all involved.
