女生出操病亡案通报如何看？排除刑事可能，行政处罚存疑

昨天吉林省教育厅通报白城医专女生病亡案，基本排除了辅导员宋某故意不批假、强迫出操、延迟救治的情况，但确认其收礼行为并予以处罚，不过这个通报还是有一些网友产生疑问，聊聊我的看法供参考。
