ProPresenter 6 Tutorial: Dedicated graphics and VTR machines
I don’t know of any other churches who do it this way, but I thought I’d share anyway. Originally, we had a team of four people in the video booth, a producer, a director, a graphics operator, and a VTR operator. With the complexity of some of the productions we’d do, it was nice to separate the responsibilities.
We used two Mac Pros; both had propresenter. One was dedicated to lyrics (called graphics) and the other was dedicated to videos (called VTR for the old production term for a video tape recorder).

The advantages of this are that the additional SDI card and module aren’t required in both places. Additionally, you can divide the duties between two people. Finally, you can easily send text to the switcher for keying on IMAG and also key it over the background separately for a different feed.
The disadvantages are that it’s really a two-person job. It also requires two machines.
