S5 Ep6: The one that won BEST BRITISH PARENTING PODCAST 2025

Today is a very special eposide. I'm sharing the clip that won the 2025 Best British Parenting Podcast.

With the British Podcast Awards, every podcast is judged over multiple rounds by a panel of industry experts. Not by votes or the algorithm. 

I had to submit a short  highlight reel to showcase what Momfessions is about . I took a big risk. I picked the most raw and vulnerable clips that sound nothing like most parenting podcasts.

So the fact that these raw motherhood moments won is not only a personal achievement. It’s also an achievement for maternal mental health. 

Because this award means that maternal mental health is now recognised as a conversation that needs to be front and center of every motherhood conversation. No longer whispered. No longer hidden.

This clip is what won the 2025 BEST BRITISH PARENTING PODCAST 2025.
