I’m doing something a little different in this episode.

Right now there’s a lot of building work happening next door to my house, which means recording in my usual space isn’t an option. So instead, I took myself out for a walk in the park and recorded this as a walk-and-talk.

And honestly, it felt perfect for what I wanted to share.

Because life doesn’t always give you perfect conditions.

Sometimes things are noisy. Messy. Unpredictable.

And in those moments, the most powerful thing you can do is focus on what you can control and let go of what you can’t.

Over the last six months, my capacity has been stretched in ways I didn’t expect. Personally more than professionally. And this episode is a reflection on the tools that have supported me through that.
