The Eddie Jones Coaching Podcast
Sports:Rugby
Season two of The Eddie Jones Coaching Podcast continues as former Ireland and Leinster head coach Joe Schmidt joins Eddie and RFU director of performance Conor O'Shea. Joe and Eddie recount how their days in teaching provided a grounding for coaching, we discuss Joe's journey from schoolboy coaching to Test rugby and how he approaches communicating with players.
The trio also talk about an interesting build-up to the week in Chicago where Joe guided Ireland to their first ever win over New Zealand, an incident with a plumber while living in France and the pressure of the job at the highest level.
