Investing 101 with the Founder of Modernblkgirl Tiffany James

After graduating from college, Tiffany James was struggling to pay off student loan debt when a colleague suggested she try her hand at investing. She dove in and learned the basics, figured out a formula that worked and made millions. Now she’s teaching others to do the same after starting Modernblkgirl, a wealth-building community for women. She shares her story, gives tips on how to get started investing and strategies for achieving financial freedom. She spoke to CNBC’s Senior Personal Finance Correspondent Sharon Epperson at the CNBC Your Money College Tour at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
