In April 2016, the artist behind Wokeface was struck with a bolt of inspiration to put up a piece of large scale, anonymous street art. The rush she got was exhilarating, and her journey began. Wokeface’s art is positive and thoughtful, and her perspective of being a female street artist putting enlightened, positive art out into the world is unique and powerful.
