Accident prone Angie suffers yet another minor mishap before gathering the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City for an ANTM-style Grecian photoshoot.

Concerns about Meredith continue to circulate, with Mary, Bronwyn, and Whitney expressing concern to each other —and Bronwyn wondering whether there’s deeper trouble in Meredith’s marriage.

Britani faces accusations that her emotional moments are performative, while Whitney and Heather privately unpack their growing questions about Meredith.

At dinner, tensions explode when Lisa does Meredith's dirty work by lamely accusing Britani of being an alcoholic. Whitney fires back at Lisa, Heather is labeled Britani’s “mouthpiece,” and alliances unravel in real time. The chaos reaches a peak when the women are ultimately asked to leave the restaurant, putting an unforgettable—and very public—end to the night.
