Sensory Issues: The Episode

In this week’s episode the Mystics spiral over the things that, once you know them, you cannot unknow 😵‍💫 And frankly, you shouldn’t have to suffer alone. Amber kicks things off by revisiting a deeply traumatizing relic from her high school years: a movie involving giant bugs, an aggressive mist/fog situation 🪳 and absolutely no reason for it to be as upsetting as it still is. She breaks down the plot in the simplest, funniest way possible. Next, Lesley takes the mic to expose dolphins 🐬 for what they truly are: not sweet ocean puppies, but calculated, intelligent predators of the sea with a PR team that deserves jail time. And finally, Amber closes out the episode with a hidden gem left behind by her home builders warranty guy, that may or may not explain five years of heightened paranoia, sensory overload, and one very specific villain origin story 🪭 Light-hearted, unhinged, and just self-aware enough, “Sensory Issues: The Episode” wraps up 2025 the only way The Mystics know how: sharing cursed knowledge, laughing through the discomfort, and making sure if we have to know this… you do too 🥰
