Synthia is the head trainer and creator of SLINK FIT! Originally from NEW YORK, she started her career as a performer. She was seen as a Rockette in the Radio City Christmas Spectacular, performed in a number of Broadway Shows (How to Succeed…, Big Fish, Bullets Over Broadway and Frozen), National Tours, and even the Metropolitan Opera! Her passion for health and fitness has always had a strong presence in her life. While performing, she was also a fitness instructor at a variety of studios in Manhattan, and graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition as a certified holistic health coach.
Synthia’s classes are HIGH ENERGY, SWEATY, and FUN. She always aims to push you beyond your comfort zone, but also ensures that her class provides a safe space for all to thrive, grow, and reach their goals! She also promises to try and make you laugh as much as possible!
