The Making & Mending Rituals Podcast
Leisure:Crafts
Hey everyone, mmmhhhh. Today is one of those spacious Sunday that allows for rambly solo episodes recorded in bed with tea & biscuits. I know many of us have been holding out for summer for a long time and now that it's coming to an end the pressure to have fun and be out there can be tangible. And then there is the world with its news, the uncertainty of winter and the need to process at least a bit of what we have experienced this past year and a half. This episode is a permission slip to be where you're at and to remember that being sad is okay. You can be sad and still have nice experiences! You can also make time for grief and still feel joy! Maybe this time is an invitation for us to expand our capacity to be with multiple, complicated and beautifully human feelings at once. Love, Yarrow
