Pass the cranberry sauce and break out the mashed potatoes! This week's Overdue Finds is stuffed with the things that Bryce, Caroline and returning guest Katie Turzansky are thankful for. Books, movies, music and more - there's just so much to share, so don't miss this episode! Plus: which fictional family would you like to spend Thanksgiving with?
Don't forget to check out our list of all the titles that we're thankful for that we talk about on this episode.
Tickets are now available for our next virtual Forward Thinking Speaker Series event. You won't want to miss Darkness and Hope: Depression, Sports and Me with Michael Landsberg. Michael Landsberg was the charismatic and outspoken host of TSN's Off the Record—and from watching his show, you'd never guess that he has been battling mental illness and depression for most of his life. Landsberg shares the story of his own battle with mental illness, as well as the unexplored stories of some of the world's most recognizable sports figures, to show us that recovery, strength and hope are possible in some of our darkest times. Tickets are only $5 each and available on Eventbrite. This event is presented in partnership with the Edmonton Community Foundation.
