With the announcement earlier today unveiling the new PGA Tour structure starting next season, we fire up a midweek pod and are joined by Peter Malnati - the Player Director on the PGA Tour Policy Board - to get an inside look at the decision making process that led to today's announcement. Peter also details why he initially opposed many of the measures that passed today and what led him to change his mind.
After our chat with Peter we do our best to make sense of the new structure and offer our takes on what works and what still gives us pause at this point in the process. We also do our best to answer the LIV related questions, predict what comes next at PGA Tour HQ and what they can do the properly message their plans moving forward.
