Far From Perfect with Kylie Larson
Health & Fitness:Fitness
Today on Far From Perfect I've got Esther Blum on who is an Integrative Registered Dietitian and Menopause Expert. I'm so excited to not only have this conversation with Esther, but also to share it with all of you. Esther has written 5 books, but her most recent one is called See ya Later, Ovulator. We are talking all things menopause. This includes lifestyle factors, Hormone replacement, alcohol, mental health and sex! She tells us what tests she does and recommends for clients and what they tell us about our bodies. She uses the motto 'test don't guess' when it comes to all the things your feeling during this time. Pain is inevitable, suffering is optional. If you are a woman this is a must listen and I'm sure you're going to find it as informational and fascinating as I did.
