You can now have therapy sessions with licensed mental health professionals via your computer on HIPAA approved Video links (similar to Skype or Facetime). Medicare, Medi-cal/Medicaid, Beacon Health Options and most other insurances have relaxed their rules about Telehealth (computer Video linked) therapy sessions for the duration of the Coronavirus situation. This week (April 6/2020), Medicare also relaxed its rules regarding interstate therapy session. I am available for Telehealth sessions Tuesdays thru Fridays.
