Mulder goes Rambo and sneaks past a government quarantine. The official story is that a train carrying dangerous materials crashed, but Deep Throat has told Mulder otherwise. It was a UFO. Scully is tasked with reigning him in to halt his interference and save his career. Along the way we meet lovable and innocent Max Fennig, an intrepid soul in search of the truth himself with an important, if unknown, history of abduction.
