A family friend of Walter Eugene Owens wants to set the record straight on who ‘Uncle Gene’ was.

In 2015, Robert Jason Owens implicated his uncle as the person who allegedly shot and killed 18-year-old Zebb Quinn in January of 2000.

However, his friend calling foul on Jason’s story.
