Matt on this episode we discuss his background into functional fitness and how he wanted to use his DPT to not only help those coming off injury, but to somehow decrease their risk for it through coaching. Matt is leading the wave of PTs owning not only a success practice, but having other means to further the progress by transitioning his patients into CrossFit athletes. Matt also discuss his previous experience as a college football player and how that has allowed him to appreciate the human body and his personal mission to keep people away from sickness!
