18. FAQ: How Do I Discern Truth from Deception? Pt. 2

In last week's episode, we dove into Moroni 7 and what it teaches about discerning truth from deception. We learned how we can have a perfect knowledge of whether something is inspired of God or not. If you have not yet listened to that episode, I recommend starting there.

In this lesson, I will teach you how to spot the difference between a message that comes from God vs. the adversary based on the differences between how Satan and God work. They do not use the same tools, and it is important to understand the difference.

We will look to 2 Nephi 28 and Doctrine and Covenants section 8 as our guides.

We will also learn about why it is important to stay in the light, as explained in 2 Cor 6:14-18.
