This week Robbie and Jordan talk about mood swings, public speaking, the ADHD "sixth sense" about sincerity and authenticity, and some of the challenges of being self-employed as a person with ADHD. Poor planning and organizational skills, lack of follow-through, miscommunication, misdirected hyperfocus, trouble with rejection - some traits of ADHD personalities aren't ideal when you're trying to run your own ship. But others - creativity, empathy, forecasting, pattern recognition, lateral thinking - make ADHD people uniquely well suited to guide a business of any size.
Written and hosted by Robbie McDonald and Jordan Lane. Production and music by Jordan Lane.
