As the National Sanctity of Human Life Day arrives this January 21, Dr. Jim Denison and Dr. Mark Turman discuss why being pro-life matters so deeply.
Before they launch into that important conversation, they discuss the historical and biblical significance of the liturgical Christian calendar, including how the season of Lent came about, as well as Denison Forum’s latest book, a Lenten devotional entitled Awaken My Heart.
Then they launch into an in-depth discussion on abortion, its moral implications, and how the church should respond, especially given the current increase in chemical abortions.
Dr. Denison calls believers to take a practical, compassionate, and prophetic stand against the issue of abortion, with a focus on supporting mothers as well as unborn children.
