Tejal is a trained embodiment mentor and decolonised yoga guide specialising in trauma-informed body-based healing. She supports others stepping into their personal power, self-sovereignty & soul-led creation. Her expertise includes body-mind healing for systemic oppression, emotional trauma, stress and anxiety.
