E76: The Art of Playing Catch Up

Hi friends! 🙌 In E76 I wanted to share with you all some tips for how to play catch up in life without burning yourself out. After moving out of the studio space over the past couple of weeks, I feel like all I've been doing is playing catch up with all areas of my life, but I can honestly say I'm making great progress because I'm not "overdoing it" and risking burn out. 👍 Thanks for the love and support friends, stay creative! 😀 Cheers, -JJ
