Topic 2: The FBI crime data is not good!
We have a crime data dilemma.
The recent mass shooting in Monterey Park, CA will NOT be included in the FBI's nationwide crime statistics.
It turns out, the county as well as 33% of other law enforcement agencies, have not be using the the justice department's crime reporting system.
Does this data disconnet present new opportunities?
