Goodwill Industries in the Community: Carolyn Johnson

Goodwill Industries is famous for its thrift store bargains and accepting donations of unneeded household items and clothing.  But wait, there's more! In this episode, Goodwill's Carolyn Johnson discusses the many community-oriented programs and initiatives the organization offers in Southwest Florida. For example, Goodwill helps budding entrepreneurs with its MicroEnterprise Institute, which provides guidance for lower-income residents who want to start a business. And although most people aren't aware it, Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida also owns and manages dozens of apartments for low-income and disabled residents. Part 2 of 2 shows with Carolyn.
