#33 Out-of-body exploring | Preston Dennett

I am again joined by Preston Dennett who is a field investigator for the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON), a paranormal researcher, and an author of many books including “Out-of-body exploring, a beginner’s approach” which we take a deep dive into on this episode of Up The Vibe. Preston shares his experiences growing up, going out of body and exploring ‘the other side’ to reality which he says we all can do if we can practice the techniques and let go of fears and anxieties. Some of the stories shared, for example meeting loved ones, whilst out-of-body where quite profound and whilst there is debate on the veracity of out-of-body experiences, I felt Preston had an emotional connection during the experience and made me feel at least that there is a lot more to reality than our current day to day experiences.
