In this visualization, we will call upon an Angel who is here to help us and spend some restful, nourishing time with a warm, kind angel guide. Accompanied by calming sound bowls. Take some time to rest, restore, and bask in the warmth of our Angels.

An invitation to explore your imaginal world through the practice of guided imagery meditation. Taking time to rest and build our imaginal world helps us to find peace and protection, which we bring with us wherever we go in the world. It is a powerful ritual and devotion to build our imaginal world. The more we show up to rest and dream of our guides, the more our guides will ease-fully show up for us. They are always here for us and it's the power of awareness that creates the felt lived sense of their protection.
