In Season 2, episode 8 we dove deep into the topic which showed us how much Black women are undervalued, underpaid and under represented in the workplace, in communities across the country as well as in healthcare. As disheartening as the information was, we felt the need to put it out there. In this episode, Kareema & Tracy discuss some of their next best moves.
