In this Aging GreatFULLy power-hour we invite you to embrace all things summer with one of our favorite health coaches, founder of Health Coach Academy, podcast host and returning guest, Omar Cumberbatch! We will be talking all things summertime fun, adventure and health as we enjoy this season that seems to come and go all too quickly.

Coach Omar offers some great advice for our health and wellness whether we’re traveling by plane or cross-country road trips and we may even have you wanting to pack your bags to go camping as we talk about all the delicious ways to cook up camp food!
